If you want signature cocktails, try heading to The Alchemist, One Eight Six, or Dusk Til Pawn. All of these locations are highly-rated. For those who are a bit more adventurous, The Heated South Terrace (King Street Townhouse) boasts a lovely view from the 6th floor. Here, you can have drinks and take a dip in the heated pool.
Speaking of water, there’s a unique date waiting for you at the Manchester Ship Canal. You can enjoy a ferry ride with your date and see the city from the canals.
